Brad Oscar will join the Broadway company of Monty Python's Spamalot as Sir Bedevere, beginning December 18.
Oscar received a Tony Award nomination for his work in The Producers. His many other stage credits include Aspects of Love, Jekyll & Hyde, Damn Yankees, Forbidden Broadway and Cabaret.
Monty Python's Spamalot has a book by Eric Idle and a score by Eric Idle and John DuPrez. It is directed by Mike Nichols, with choreography by Casey Nicholaw. The show won three Tony Awards, including Best Musical. Oscar will join current cast members Jonathan Hadary, Marin Mazzie, Lewis Cleale, Tom Deckman, Rick Holmes, and David Hibbard.
