Synopsis

Featuring Division 13 Productions, Hoffbauer/Sanchez Works and Antonio Ramos.

Joanna Settle and Division 13 Productions will present a brief excerpt of Eugene Ionesco's final, haunting text "Journeys Among the Dead", set in a realm where the dead and the living exist plainly with one another. Presented in world premiere translation by Michael Taormina.

Hoffbauer/Sanchez Works will present a new performance collaboration "milagro". Patricia Hoffbauer and George Sanchez focus on the vital force of the human body in motion and the juxtaposition of the social context that imbues it with meaning.

Antonio Ramos will present "Pull me up, Pull me down", an excerpt from his most recent work, "Me, Me, Me". Mr. Ramos experiments with hair as willpower and the body's struggle to move against it.
