Arden Theatre Company presents the Philadelphia premiere or A Year With Frog and Toad, featuring music by Robert Reale, with book and lyrics by Willie Reale. Developed by Adrianne Lobel, the production is directed by Whit MacLaughlin.
Nominated for three 2003 Tony Awards including Best Musical, this charming musical lovingly captures the spirit of Arnold Lobel's whimsical stories. An unlikely friendship between the cheerful Frog and the rather grumpy Toad blossoms and grows as they travel through four fun-filled seasons learning life lessons along the way.
