Synopsis

The Black Box New Play Festival premieres 14 new plays by Tri-State area playwrights, selected from playwright submissions, covering a remarkably wide range of dramatic and comedic styles. Leading up to the full productions, the Black Box Festival provides a workshop environment for playwrights, facilitating 'readings' of the new works, and assisting the authors with the revising and expanding of their new plays.
