Synopsis
This contemporary, urban retelling of the classic story follows the exploits of a young, naïve hero, Candude, after he is expulsed from his "terrestrial paradise" and enters into the cruelest of worlds, a world that he has been taught was the "best of all possible," but that he soon realizes is far from that. His journeys take him farther and farther away from his one true love, Anaconda, but ultimately may prove to be the key to getting back into her glorious presence.
