Synopsis
Featuring two of today's hottest klezmer bands, Klezmerized features music that is full of the celebration of life. Violinist/Composer Alicia Svigals and the Klezmatics have toured internationally, recorded five albums, and been featured on numerous national radio and television programs, including A Prairie Home Companion, Good Morning America, MTV News and BBC television and radio. Metropolitan Klezmer returns to Brooklyn Center with their superb musicianship, bringing to this panoramic repertoire an inspired, inventive approach that is "serious, melancholy, exhilarating and funny" (UK's Phat Planet).
