Synopsis

Ballet Deviare, New York City's heavy metal ballet company, presents Forged, with special guests Arsis, Gwynbleidd, and Tony Koehl. With the genres of death, doom, grind and folk metal intrinsic to their repertoire, the company has been able to establish an international following based on their engaging live performances.

"The ballet daredevils who combine classical dance with hard rock..."
- VoiceOfDance.com

"...'Deliverance,' 'My Wine in Silence' and 'A Diamond for Disease' first built on the innate curiosity of the crowd; unfolding with such poise and quiet power to what became a full release of the sexual, joyful and grievous potential of the human form."
- "Dancers in the Dark" By Todd DePalma, ChroniclesOfChaos.com

"I've never been interested in ballet, but I would definitely make an exception for this..."
- Bemetal.com

Forged features the music of Arsis, Gwynbleidd, Opeth, My Dying Bride, Swallow the Sun, Japanische Kampfhorspiele, and Celestial.
