Humane and compassionate, Frozen tells the story of three people whose lives are connected by the disappearance and murder of a young girl. The plot entwines the lives of the murderer, his psychiatrist and the mother of the victim to explore one's capacity for forgiveness, remorse and change after an act that would seem to rule him out entirely.
