Synopsis

Ibsen's timely classic recognizes how a corrupt political system and hypocritical press can exploit fear in the masses and create a social intolerance for truth.  Sound familiar? When a local doctor discovers a dangerous source of pollution in his community, he expects to be hailed a hero, but instead, the town turns against him.  Can "an enemy of the people" save them from themselves?
