Synopsis:
Gavin Creel will star in this season's Broadway revival of the musical La Cage Aux Folles. He most recently finished his run as Hollis Bessemer in the world premiere production of Stephen Sondheim's bounce. Creel received a 2002 Tony Award nomination for his portrayal of Jimmy Smith in the musical Thoroughly Modern Millie. He has appeared in the off-Broadway cult favorite Bat Boy, the City Center Encores! production of Hair, and Second Stage's The Mystery Plays as Joe Manning, which also was performed with Yale Repertory Theatre.
