Synopsis:
This twist on the "Little Mermaid" tale, which tells the story of Ti Mourne, a peasant girl who falls in love with Daniel, an upper class boy whose life she saves after a car crash, garnered eight Tony Award Nominations, including Best Musical, Best Score, and Best Book. Book and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens; Music by Stephen Flaherty. Produced by Heather Siobhan Curran, with direction and choreography by Steven Smeltzer.
