Synopsis:
In Daniel Clifton's new darkly comic dance-theater piece Marked Territory, the absurdity of mundane life is told through portraits, live music, and auto/biographical stories of running horses, vacations, lovers, birthdays, break-ups, war, violence, news commentators, and internal dialogues of desire. Clifton has created the choreography, music, and text in collaboration with the performers Johanna Cairns, Aaron Draper, Sarah Holcman, Mia Jacobucci, and Amy Larimer.
