Synopsis:
Family reunions are rich theatrical minefields, and Kevin's Bed manages to detonate plenty of them. As Doris and Dan celebrate their Golden Anniversary, we re-live with them the still-vivid events of how their Silver Anniversary party was ruined and their futile efforts to avoid a re-play. With eleven of his plays having been produced by the renowned Abbey Theatre, Bernard Farrell is firmly established as one of Ireland's foremost dramatists. The Laguna Playhouse is proud to produce Kevin's Bed in America for the first time.
